In My Kit: Lord and Berry Black Wardrobe

I tried a new range of eyeliners recently and fell in love, so I thought I'd share them with you!

LordBerry

Lord and Berry is an Italian makeup brand who specialise in eye and lip products. In fact, they only do eye and lip products!

The two main products I wanted to share with you are from the "Black Wardrobe" range, which consists of 12 (yes 12!) different formulations of eye liner, 2 types of loose "Stardust", shadows, mascaras, and a few matching accessories - all black!

For anyone who is addicted to a bit of a smudgy black eye (who isn't?) but also wants to mix things up in their makeup routine every now and then (again, who doesn't?), then this range is for you.

OR, if you've always wanted to perfect a smudgy black eye but haven't quite found the right product that's perfect for you, then this range is also for you!

My favourite 2 products are:

Smudgeproof Eye Pencil
Lord and Berry Smudgeproof Eye Pencil $18.00
This pencil has actually made its way from my professional makeup kit into my personal makeup kit - no other eye pencil has ever been able to say that!

For years I stopped bothering with a pencil eyeliner, even though I love the look they give, as they would always, always smudge - or worse - run (a combination of oily skin and watery eyes plays havoc with anything that can "move" on the skin!).

This pencil actually sets after a few seconds, plus its waterproof, so its perfect for the inner lash-line. It's also a really rich shade of black, and kind of glossy, so it gives a beautiful luxurious finish. Awesome!

InkGlam Eye Liner
Lord and Berry InkGlam Eyeliner $25.00
An easy to use dip and draw liquid eyeliner. The point is quite firm, which means that you can control the thickness of the line. What's not to love about it so far, right?

But also, what really sets it apart from the liquid eyeliner you are already using?

The difference with the InkGlam and other dip and draw eyeliners is the finish - its glossy! Imagine the difference between black leather and black patent leather.. well your old liquid eyeliner is the black leather, and the InkGlam is shiny patent leather!

Again, its a rich and intense shade of black, and it's waterproof!
